Every verified K-Code receives a digital registry certificate with its unique K-number — issued after a video-call review of photo evidence (VIN stamp, warranty plate, engine castings). It documents what we've reviewed, not a legal proof of authenticity.

Before you decide

How a Verification Works

It is not a form you fill in. It is an appointment you keep.

  1. 1You photograph the numbers

    VIN stamps, warranty plate, engine and transmission castings — whichever of them your car, engine or transmission actually has.

  2. 2We do a short video call

    5–10 minutes by appointment, FaceTime or WhatsApp. You are at the car and hold those same numbers into the camera, live. Photos alone do not verify a car — anyone can send a photo of someone else's block.

  3. 3We document what we saw

    Verified badge, plus a digital registry certificate carrying your K-number. It records what we were able to check — not a legal proof of authenticity.

The block and transmission numbers are read from under the car.

It works without a lift — it is just the fiddliest part, so ramps or jack stands make it much quicker. An engine or gearbox you register on its own needs none of that. We show you the exact list for your car before you submit.

Car in winter storage, or the numbers not reachable right now? The verification can wait — your membership does not expire over it, and nothing is used up until you submit. Verification applies to K-code Mustangs; GT350 authentication is SAAC's domain.

Common Questions

Members submit photos of VIN stamps, warranty plate, engine and transmission castings, then we do a short video call with you to walk through the car. Verified vehicles receive a digital registry certificate with their K-number and an 'Admin Verified' badge. Silver includes 1 verification per year, Gold includes 4 per year — regardless of whether you bill monthly or yearly. Note: this is a documented plausibility check based on what we can see — not a legal certificate of authenticity. Verification applies to K-code Mustangs; GT350 authentication is the domain of the Shelby American Automobile Club (SAAC), to whom we refer.

You are at the car and hold each number into the camera while we watch: the fender apron VIN stamp (hood open), the warranty plate (driver's door jamb), the engine VIN stamp and block casting with its date code, and the transmission casting number, date code and VIN. On a car, the block and transmission numbers are read from underneath — that works without a lift, it is just the fiddliest part, so ramps or jack stands make it much quicker. An engine or gearbox registered on its own needs none of that. Photos alone cannot verify a car; the call is how we know the numbers are on your car. It runs by appointment over FaceTime, WhatsApp or similar, and the exact list for your vehicle is shown before you submit. If the car is in storage or the numbers aren't reachable yet, simply submit later — nothing is used up until you do.

Yes — switch at any time from your dashboard. Yearly billing saves you ~17% compared to monthly.

Both Silver and Gold monthly plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, the membership renews automatically and you can cancel any time at month-end. Yearly plans also renew automatically; after renewal you can cancel any time and we refund the unused portion pro-rata.

Every registered vehicle receives a unique K-number (e.g. K-0289) as its certificate identifier. Gold members can reserve a premium number from the pool before registering their vehicle.

No. Anyone can create an account and register a K-Code Mustang for free as "Registered" (unverified). Membership is required only for admin verification.

Both tiers receive a HiPo Registry window sticker for the windshield. Gold members additionally receive a personalized window sticker with their own K-number, a keychain, a sticker pack, and a printed registry certificate.
